There’s a balancing act between family needs and project demands; Andre is duly considerate and accommodating around changes in our schedule. In one instance, a tiling subcontractor's end product did not meet our expectations. To his credit, Andre is no longer working with them. He has repeatedly proved himself as a “can-do” problem solver when unanticipated obstacles arise. Once a job is underway, Andre and crew have stayed on task, and job completion has generally been within the expected time frame. I can definitely recommend Ebersole Construction to families with home renovation plans in mind. We’re launching project #5 (or is it #6?) with Andre and crew next week!

Ebersole Construction recently completed a large gut renovation of my house from the 18th Century. Our experience could not have been any better. Residential construction projects are notoriously behind schedule and exceed the budget substantially. Andre and his team truly provided a level of service that far exceeded my expectations. Ebersole's management and selection of subcontractors (e.g. plumber, hvac, tile, plaster, painter ect) was outstanding. We could not be happier with the end result and would work with Andre again in a heartbeat. We hired Andre for a comprehensive remodel of a 1940 house that in some places had to be stripped to the bones. Andre acted as both the General Contractor and the master carpenter and did a terrific job at both. While using modern materials and techniques, it was important to us to maintain the historic charm and character of the house, and Andre guided us with competence and creativity. Andre worked with town government, architects, utility companies and subcontractors very well. The beach house was finished on time with quality workmanship.
